Week Day Rates:
Monday (12am)- Friday (4:59pm)
a) If a Clients’ home is IN Ozaukee County, my services are $25/hr and x1.5 on Major Holidays.
b) If a Clients’ home is OUTSIDE of Ozaukee County, my services are $28/hr and x1.5 on Major Holidays.
Weekend rates:
Friday (5pm)- Sunday (11:59pm)
c) If a Clients’ home is IN Ozaukee County, my services are $27/hr and x1.5 on Major Holidays.
d) If a Clients’ home is OUTSIDE of Ozaukee County, my services are $30/hr and x1.5 on Major Holidays.
Non-medical Private home Care duties include:
ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, toileting, dressing & grooming, Mobility support when walking and using steps or stairs, Meal-prep., Medication reminders, Exercising, Companionship, Transportation, and Light Housekeeping.
Extra support includes:
Playing games, Assisting with children’s workbooks for cognitive stimulation, Drawing, Baking, Crafts, Playing music, Etc.
I am considered a Live-out caregiver. I wouldn’t be living in your residence for multiple days. I can provide 24-hour care and not be considered a member of the household.
Unlike Live-in caregivers, Live-out caregivers must get x1.5 for Overtime if they work more than 40 hrs in a week, per Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines.
